This website (TemplatePPT.com, also hereinafter referred to as “TinyPPT”) is owned and operated by TinyPPT.

We cater to our customers through two websites: tinyppt.com, offering a free version, and member.tinyppt.com, providing membership access.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access, browsing, and use by the users (“You”) of this website; as well as the services rendered through the Website (“Service”, or “Services” as applicable) which include the download and use of certain content (the “Templates”).

Accessing, downloading, and/or using all or any portion of TinyPPT.com implies that you have read and accept to be bound by these Terms without exception.

TinyPPT.com is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

TinyPPT reserves the right to change any of the terms of this agreement at any time, and you agree to be bound by such changes. In case you do not accept the terms or have any objection to any part of the present terms you must not use any of this website (and subsequently, download and use the templates).

Likewise, in respect of the collection and processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy will apply.

Products Offered By TinyPPT

TinyPPT offers templates for presentations in .pptx, .docx, and .pdf formats (for PowerPoint, Word, and PDF) as well as for Google Slides, and Google Docs. These templates for presentations include diagrams, graphics, brochures, maps, newspapers, etc. together with other contained content (including text, images, banners, graphics, maps, layout, objects, and animations).

Below these templates for presentations and the contents will also be described as “products”.

The templates for presentations are provided only via direct download.

Usage

TinyPPT permits you to download and use the templates for presentations, only under the terms below.

It is illegal and strictly prohibited to distribute, publish, offer for sale, license, or sub-license, give, or disclose to any other party, the content in hard copy, digital form, or any other medium whether existing or not yet existing, except as specifically permitted below.

Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for presentations for the ALLOWED USAGE (2). You are not allowed to use the templates for presentations except for that which is specifically listed in the section NOT ALLOWED USAGE (3).

ALLOWED usage

Subject to the restrictions and limitations described under NOT ALLOWED USAGE (3), the following are “allowed usages” of the templates for presentations: 

a. Create derivative works or modifications to fit your own needs, provided that such works are not intended to be re-sold or published publicly for free distribution, in editable format.

b. Professional, business, personal, or educational presentations that may be viewed by a public audience, within a learning or e-learning platform, internal network, or any other content delivery platform that can be sold or licensed to the audience, provided that copyright credit is given to TinyPPT for the creation of the templates used, if and only if the purpose of the redistribution or sale is not the purpose of gaining access to the templates specifically.

The copyright statement we require you to include when you use our material is:

Copyright credits have to be clear and visible to the readers.

c. Any other use of the templates for presentations is strictly prohibited and requires the prior written consent of TinyPPT.

To request written permission for a specific use of the templates for presentations (or any other formats), please get in touch with TinyPPT through the contact section.

Some examples of allowed usage:

The release of the templates for presentations (original or modified version) to customers for their internal use as part of training.
To make a copy for backups on your hard drive or local network and to print handouts for use with your presentation.

NOT ALLOWED usage

a. Sell, distribute, sub-license, transfer, or assign the templates for presentations or rights to the templates.

b. Sell, distribute, sub-license, and transfer access to the templates for presentations.

c. Use or display the templates for presentations on websites or web pages (or similar) to induce or involve the sale, or license.

d. Use the templates for presentations in any way that could be considered defamatory, pornographic, libelous, immoral, obscene or fraudulent, or illegal, either by making physical changes to it, or in the juxtaposition to accompanying text or images.

e. Hotlinking (i.e., make a direct link to) any content hosted on TinyPPT.com. That includes downloading files and images.

If you would like to share one of our resources, you can share the link to the specific resource page on TinyPPT.com (i.e., the link to the post) and use the preview / featured images (but to be uploaded to your server).

Some examples of prohibited usage:

To copy/make our templates (full or only parts) available on a website, portal, or social network website for download (incl. groups, file sharing networks, Slideshare, Google Drive, etc.) whether free or for a charge, and online or offline.
To use any resources from TinyPPT.com to create a template to be sold or shared on marketplaces (like GraphicRiver, Creative Market, Etsy…).

Membership

Payment

We only use PayPal which is the primary payment gateway on our site. User can use their PayPal account, Credit or Debit Card to process the payment via PayPal. The user’s payment information is confidential by PayPal.

We only save the user’s main information what about you signed up for on our site such as name, email, and PayPal’s payment bill on our system.

Refund Policy

You can choose to cancel your subscription; however, our refund policy will be enforced.

• Refunds are assured within 30 days for Unlimited (365-day) Package if the user has downloaded fewer than 10 templates.
• For 30-day Package, refunds are applicable within 7 days if the user has downloaded fewer than 5 templates.

Beyond these time frames, refund requests will not be accommodated.

Please note that our subscriptions is set to NOT auto-renew.

Download limit

Please note that the download limit is reset daily at 23:59:59 UTC.

As a Pro user with a Unlimited (365-day) Package, you enjoy a generous daily download limit of 15 downloads. We aim to provide our users with access to a wide range of resources while maintaining responsible use of our templates. Please be aware that if you download a file you’ve previously downloaded on a different or current day, it will still count towards the 15 downloads allocated for that day.

As a Pro user with a 30-day Package, your download limit is set at 10 downloads per day.
